Varied tasks, great colleagues.

I have already done so. Several of them have already started working here. ?
What is the coolest thing here?
Trust-based working hours are lived out and are not just empty words.
What doesn't work at all?
I can't say anything about that. Something is always working!
Do you also play football at MIETHKE?
Photos prove it, there is an own MIETHKE team. But since the pandemic the ball has been resting.
Since when are you a fan of Nulldrei?
Fan is a very big word. My interest grew when my son Jacob started playing for the mini-kickers in 2015.
How often do you go to the KarLi?
I am big fan of the home games on Friday nights.
What did you think when you heard MIETHKE was going to be Babelsberg's jersey sponsor?
Dream!

Of course I have!

"Blauweißbunt", tolerance and our corporate values are going in one direction! It's nice to see how enthusiasm for footballand the desire to make a difference in society come together.

What did you think when you heard MIETHKE was going to be Babelsberg's jersey sponsor?
I have grown up at the KarLi. It belongs to my childhood & youth and is associated with many memories. I think it's great when such regional partnerships are created.
My husband used to play in Babelsberg's youth for many years. When I heard about the collaboration, I immediately informed my family and everyone was very enthusiastic. Since then, my grandmother regularly talks to players and proudly tells them where her granddaughter is working. ?
What do you particularly like about your workplace?
What I particularly like about my workplace is the teamwork and the diversity: whether it's the freedom to work on tasks and projects, or the trust that people have in each other. The opportunity to contribute myself and thus develop myself and the organization bit by bit.
Even back then during my internship (2013), I received an incredibly warm welcome. Meeting people at eye level is what makes my workplace so special for me. We are so many personalities and continue to grow - that makes every day colorful and it never gets boring. I am working in a wonderful team and wouldn't want to miss it. ?

What do you particularly like about your workplace?
A relaxed and good working atmosphere with many young colleagues at eye level and a good portafilter.
Is it easy to work at MIETHKE as a working student while studying?
Due to the flexible working hours, the working time can be well combined with university. Less working during the exam period and more work during the semester breaks.
Can you also work from the home office?
In almost every task yes, only if you have to go to the lab it is of course difficult to work from home. I still prefer working in the office with personal contact.
Would you recommend MIETHKE as an employer to your friends?
Of course it always depends on what the person is looking for. But overall, definitely.
What is the coolest thing here?
I think for me the working atmosphere and the knowledge that a lot is made possible if you want it. And of course the portafilters!
Do you also play football at MIETHKE?
From time to time. Before Covid, there were games against the neurosurgery department of the Charité.
Have you ever been to KarLi?
Yes, a very nice experience and definitely recommended for every MIETHKE employee!
What did you think when you heard MIETHKE was going to be Babelsberg's jersey sponsor?
I was very happy! I think it's good to show yourself to the outside world through such partnerships and thus make the company bigger and better known in Potsdam.
What do you think about the partnership between SVB03, the association Neues Potsdamer Toleranzedikt e.V. and MIETHKE?
A good idea that brings together partners from business, sports and social organizations and helps to sensitize people from different areas to these issues (tolerance).
